Bringing in the feel of exclusive royalty, this experience center will ooze not only premium quality but will make the customer feel special, through exclusive branded food and beverage service. Emami Aastha, the approx. 40-acre bungalow township, nestled in an urban forest, surrounded by lush greenery adorned with contemporary amenities, is made by the best for the best. Shri Radhe Shyam Goenka, Co-founder and Joint Chairman of Emami Group inaugurates the experience center. Dr. Nitesh Kumar, MD & CEO, Emami Realty, Sanjay Puri, Chief Architect, Rashmi & Asish, the principal designer of the experience center from Sparrow was present to inaugurate the experience center.

The Experience Center is divided into four walk-through areas. To begin with, the customer is escorted in to a posh Welcome Zone where they are going to experience the level of indulgence and coziness that the marvelous project is going to offer followed by a Credibility Zone which will apprise the visitors about the rich legacy, technological edge, and business capabilities of Emami Group. Third comes the Experience Zone where with the help of modern technologies, customers can observe the planned lifestyle along with the open spaces and natural greens that they will get in this Urban forest themed project Emami Aastha. The Experience Zone is furnished with an audio-video room that integrates with a lively scale model of the township along with proper showcasing of all its amenities and green environment. Through a Touch Table, people will be able to visualize the realistic image of Emami Aastha through a techno driven model with phase wise illumination control. In this Zone Emami Realty also showcases the details of its esteemed partners. The Passage Lobby is where customers can see all the ongoing and upcoming projects of Emami Realty.
