CEDA to Host 8th Edition of Electra 2026 from 19th February; To Launch Revamped Website and First-Ever Mobile App on 20th February

Kolkata: The Calcutta Electric Dealers Association (CEDA), formed in 1986 and representing over 1,600 members across the electrical trade ecosystem, will host the *8th edition of Electra 2026 from 19th to 21st February 2026 at Cutchi Jain Bhawan, Ezra Street.*

Strategically located in the heart of Kolkata and the city’s principal electrical wholesale market, the three-day exhibition will feature 46+ curated stalls spread across two floors, bringing together manufacturers, distributors, dealers and trade professionals under one roof.

The event is supported by *LITES* as Gold Sponsor, *True Power* Ltd. as Silver Sponsor, and *91.9 Friends FM* as Radio Partner.

In a significant step towards digital transformation, CEDA is also set to inaugurate its revamped official *website* and its first-ever *mobile application, available on both Android and iOS platforms*. The digital platforms will be officially launched on 20th February 2026 during the expo.

The mobile application is designed to serve as a direct link between members, providing a comprehensive membership directory and enabling smoother internal communication and operational coordination. The initiative marks CEDA’s transition towards a more structured and digitally connected association framework.

Speaking on the occasion, *President Abhishek Verma said:* 
“Electra 2026 reflects the strength of our 1,600-plus members and our commitment to structured trade growth. The launch of our website and mobile app represents the next phase of CEDA’s evolution.”

 *Satya Prakash Shaw, Chairman,* Trade Fair Committee, added:

“The 8th edition is not only about showcasing products. It is about strengthening relationships and modernising the way our association operates.”

Under the leadership of *Honorary Secretary Gagan Deep Mundhra*, CEDA continues to expand its institutional capabilities while reinforcing Kolkata’s position as a major electrical trade hub.

The exhibition will remain open from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM across all three days. *Entry is free* for trade visitors.
